Whether you’ve been quarantined in your home or you’ve been social distancing amongst others, it’s easy to say that we’ve all been going through an interesting change. It’s been especially difficult for those, like myself, who have the travel bug 24/7. Even though we can’t jet set to Europe or even visit relatives a few states away, we can escape to magical locations within the comfort of our living rooms. Here are the six most binge-worthy travel shows that will cure your wanderlust during these unusual times!
1. Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown
The ultimate list of travel shows wouldn’t be complete without talking about Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown, the infamous American travel and food show that first premiered on CNN in 2013. The 12 season show takes viewers on an extraordinary adventure to locations less traveled, where Bourdain explores cultures through music, people, and of course, food. (Available to stream on Hulu+)
2. Our Planet

3. The goop Lab
This show was created to highlight different, maybe slightly controversial, wellness techniques anywhere from psychedelics to energy healing. 4. Somebody Feed Phil
This American travel and food documentary series, created by the producer of Everybody Loves Raymond, is presented by Phillip Rosenthal and first premiered in January of 2018. Explore a different city each episode with Phil as he delves into different cuisines and cultures. For instance, you will go everywhere from Seoul to Bangkok to Tel Aviv! (Available to stream on Netflix)
