“There’s no leaving Edinburgh, No shifting it around: it stays with you, always.”

About Scotland

Regaled for its premier golf courses, whisky distilleries, castles and breathtaking marshland, mountain and loch views, the UK’s northernmost country also offers superb cycling and kayaking, trap shooting and fishing, as well as a vibrant cultural and dining scene. Add in a trip to Glasgow for some of the best shopping in the U.K. outside of London’s West End, and you’ve got the perfect getaway for all types of travelers. Of course, if golf is your raison d’être, we can design a minimalist itinerary that puts the links front and center, and that also allows for distillery visits, seaplane tours, spas and jaw-dropping castles. Whether you are visiting for a few days or two weeks, our on the ground team will collaborate to ensure a one-of-a-kind memory that enables you and your traveling companions to experience all the magic of Scotland exactly as you have dreamed.

Dining and Shopping

The Gannet

1155 Argyle Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G3 8TB

Probably one of the highest Scotland haunts on our to-try list, The Gannet was love at first photo. Gorgeous dishes prepared with all the best ingredients Mother Nature (and farmers!) have to offer are served in a minimalist, low-key setting alongside a deep wine and cocktail list. Though we were drooling over the perfectly pink meat preparations, this to-die-for spot also serves innovative vegetarian fare.

Inver restaurant, Strathlachlan, Strachur, Argyll & Bute

Reading through the menu here will have your mouth salivating and your tongue insanely tingling. The ingredients and combinations sound sooooo delicious. If you’re a fan of innovative farm to table cuisine, this place will knock your proverbial socks off. There are both a la carte and prix fixe options, and a rock solid, trendy but not too, kids menu. (Littles will love the Bento box!) The natural setting and simple interior feel almost too perfect!
