Day 1 – Thursday

Settle into your accommodations in preparation for several days of rejuvenation through a combination of high-intensity fitness routines followed by CJE curated experiences.
Explore the beautiful property, the picturesque setting, and ease yourself into vacation mode. One of the best parts of traveling is connecting with the culture through local cuisine. However, it can be hard to find the balance between experiencing and indulging, enjoying and overeating. Today, we start our fitness journey together with a dietitian who will guide you through how to combine delicious foods while maintaining mindful eating. There’s no holiday without someEating and drinking is an important part of traveling and exploring the local culture indulgence and this is your perfect guide on to how to maintain balance, while still enjoying a cocktail or your favorite dessert.
This evening, enjoy wine tastings at this unique tasting room featuring limited production, handcrafted wines from a one-of-a-kind vineyard. With production of under 1,000 cases per year, they’re able to pay attention to each of their wines as individual expressions of the truly incredible vineyards from which they’re sourced. The wines are best enjoyed with the delicious farm to fork pairings exclusively catered by Evangeline.

Day 2 -FRIDAY

Set the tone for your first full day with an energizing 45-minute total body workout with Nora. Today’s workout will focus on mobility and strength to loosen you up from your long journey and get you ready to tackle the day’s activities. As the day progresses, you will have personal access to the rarest wines and most intimate space. Take an in-depth tour behind the scenes and personally open the Phase V-room by your infrared palm scan.  The Cellarium hidden within the caves is where you will enjoy a private seated tasting of Phase V wines handcrafted by winemaker Philippe Melka. Taste the wonderful wines and seasonal food pairings by The Executive Chef.

Your next Vineyard is an ‘invitation only’ private estate perched on the property on the slopes of Howell Mountain.  Explore the vineyard and caves around the property as you dive into the history of the property interlinked with the family history. Upon returning, you will enjoy a curated selection of the current offerings while seated overlooking a breathtaking view of the Napa Valley.

Dinner recommendations to some of the most exciting spots minutes from the hotel will be shared.

Day 3 -SATURDAY

Keep the momentum going with another total body workout that focuses on core and stability. This 45-minute circuit style workout will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day. Nestled in the hills of Knights Valley, this vineyard overlooks both Napa and Sonoma counties—a truly unique vantage point from which to indulge in an extremely small lot of Cabernet Sauvignon wines.  Join the vintners at their family estate surrounded by acres of vines for a delicious lunch. Stroll through the vineyards to gain first-hand knowledge of where it all begins, and to toast the winemaking philosophy upon which we can all agree—great wines start with great vineyards. You’ll also indulge in award-winning wines and special treats pulled from their personal cellar for a once-in-a-lifetime wine tasting experience.  Served in a spectacular setting with unforgettable views and impeccable wines, this is an event for anyone looking to be immersed in Wine Country living.

Day 4 -SUNDAY

Start your day with Nora.
Sweat it all out with a HIIT style workout. This 30-minute workout will have you feeling fierce and burning calories long after it’s over. Afterward, enjoy one of the below options:

Spa

Tucked between the redwoods and the ocean, is one of the world’s premier destinations for deep relaxation. A spa and zen meditation retreat, this peaceful sanctuary features North America’s only haven for cedar enzyme baths, a unique Japanese therapeutic treatment that will leave you feeling calm, warm and soothed—as you sink into a pile of soft cedar flakes. Just like a mini zen garden where you effortlessly rake the sand over and over in a relaxing motion, your fingers and toes will brush through the cedar and subtly lull you into a peaceful state.
After this physically and spiritually healing experience, we’ll walk across the street to indulge in an assortment of brick-oven-baked sourdough bread, scones, biscotti, sticky buns and more—just the right dose of decadence to whet your appetite for the ultimate first batch of the cedar enzyme baths.

Kayaks and Kites

Begin your  adventure paddling and floating from the town of Jenner By the Sea to Goat Rock Beach on the gorgeous Sonoma Coast. The magical mystery of the adventure unfolds with each paddle stroke through the calm, peaceful waters of the Russian River estuary, a marine sanctuary. The tranquil paddling lands you on an idyllic stretch of beach.
Moments of creating memories await as you engage with the seals, birds, wide open beach and ocean, and indulge in the timeless fun of flying kites .
Kites are provided and yours to keep.
No kayaking experience necessary!

Tonight, gather round while sharing farm to fork style food and swapping stories from your weekend away. Get ready for a scrumptious catered meal by a private chef paired with exquisite wines.

Day 5 -MONDAY

No Monday Blues here! The breathtaking scenery surrounding Calistoga and the northern Napa Valley begs to be explored.  There are shaded hiking trails in the redwoods close by, that lead to stunning vantage points of the beautiful hills and valleys. (Guided hiking is optional and is available at an additional cost)
